Change Management: Evolve for Impact

Our work in change management often comes as a natural follow-up to prior work in strategic planning and/or impact measurement. As leaders follow through on their ambitious goals and follow up on findings from the data, we support them to manage changes in their organizations, practices, and work culture. Using the best practices from organizational psychology and learning science, we support their domain expertise to advise in the implementation of new strategies for effecting change, but more importantly, predicting and coping with how various stakeholders will best adapt to the change process.
